When implementing the Jonas solution you have the opportunity to take a detailed look at your processes and procedures to make improvements. Our Professional Services Department are highly experienced individuals that come with years of accounting and industry knowledge. In addition to helping you set up and show you how to use your new system, the Jonas Implementation team bring with them a fresh perspective which they have gained from seeing how many similar contractors approach the challenges that you constantly face. Your trainer is a partner and their mandate is to help you improve your business not just implement a new system. Our thorough implementation process involves 3 detailed phases to guide you from sale to support; pre-implementation, installation and training followed by post implementation and pre- support.

 
Annual Maintenance

Your Jonas system is supported by a team of over 20 support and development professionals with an average tenure of over 5 years with Jonas. Our annual maintenance plan is broken into three broad construction software services geared toward helping you get more from your software each year:


24/7 Support: Our support team is available 24 hours a day 7 days a week to resolve any issues that you may have with the software. Our team consists of a mix of industry, accounting and technical experts and we measure resolution times in minutes and hours not days. Jonas sets the standard high being the only organization in the industry offering 24 hour support.

Enhancements:The Jonas development team is continuously enhancing the product to ensure that we keep you up to date with the latest technology and functionality. All development at Jonas is guided by client feedback generated through user groups, the support line and the sales process.

Account Management: Account managers at Jonas work to proactively keep clients up-to-date with new features in the software and keep in contact with the client base to solicit feedback and provide advice. Among other programs the account managers send out a monthly Jonas newsletter, organize user group meetings, plan online seminars, conduct client surveys and make check up calls with each client.

eTraining: Jonas offers ongoing group and one to one web based training courses to help you train new users and build the skill sets of more advanced users in a cost effective manner.

Consulting: For more in dept help Jonas offers a variety of consulting services ranging from ongoing product training to process reengineering and implementation of industry best practice.
