Cost Management – The Detailed Job Cost reports show the variance between the Current Estimate and the Estimate at Completion. If you don’t have time to read the whole report, just run your eyes down the variance column. We constantly compute the ‘Estimate at Completion’ every month and store that value so you can track that variance, even if your PM hasn’t had time to enter it.
Sub Management – The system is shipped with the standard alerts for Workers’ Comp, Insurance, etc. You can create as many additional compliance rules as you need, and, select the action the system should take from a simple warning to stopping invoices from being entered or putting all the invoices for that sub on hold. And yes, we have ‘Pay When Paid’ functionality in AP.
