Billing – A very powerful T & M billing engine finds the costs on the jobs and marks them up. It allows separate markup rules for: Labor, Materials, Equipment, Travel, Subcontractor & Other costs. You can have an unlimited number of each. The defaults are set in the customer file to help ensure that each billing uses the correct rate. Historical rates can be made inactive so they can’t be used in error but since they are stored you will never forget the rules that were applied.
Purchasing – P.O.’s can be for a single job, multiple jobs or for stock. Freight can be automatically added to the cost at the line level, or handled by a 3rd party. Ship direct to the job, a warehouse or a job staging area.
